to breathe in.

Nothing here is loud. No mirrors, no heat, no leaderboard. One warm wooden room, a teacher who knows your name by the third week, and an hour that asks only that you keep breathing.
The classes
Four ways to spend an hour
- 01
Slow Flow One breath, one movement, held long enough to feel. A vinyasa with the volume turned down.
- 02
Breath & Restore Half breathwork, half supported rest. The class to book on a heavy week.
- 03
Yin Long, passive shapes held for minutes at a time, working the deep connective tissue.
- 04
Foundations An unhurried hour learning the shapes properly, before anyone asks you to flow.

The studio
One long room off Thackeray Lane
Oak floors, tall windows, and enough space between mats that you never feel watched. We keep class sizes small on purpose — the teacher can actually see you, and adjust for the body you brought today rather than the one in the poster.
- Class size
- 16 mats, never more
- What we lend
- Mats, blocks, bolsters
- First class
- £8, any class on the timetable
Notes on a slower practice

First time Your first class: what actually happens A slow class sounds like it might be boring, or somehow too advanced. It is neither. Here is the honest version of your first unhurried hour, start to finish.
-
How it works Why we hold the last shape longest It feels backwards to save the deepest, longest hold for when you are most tired. In a slow practice it is exactly right, and the reason is physical.
-
First time What to bring to your first class (and what to leave) A short, honest kit list for a first yoga class. Most of it you already own, and the studio covers the rest.
Come and breathe out.
Your first class is £8. No membership, no commitment — just an hour.
